I just got mine yesterday & tried the heater inside just to test it out before my lil stray cat try’s it. I noticed in this video that the cord is under a mat? Have you had good luck with it like that being plugged in to the outlet? I’m so terrified of it raining & it being plugged in! I know it’s waterproof & meets all the protocols it’s just me being skeptical. Also, just curious do you leave the heating pad plugged in even if you’re not home? I work 10hr days & just wondering if I should unplug it before I leave. Any thoughts who be greatly appreciated.☺
