@mad86806: Update: tagged by @Up Pup and Away Inc Rescue! the euthanasia list for 10/24. She came into the shelter already spayed and heartworm negative, which tells me she had someone that loved her. Whoever surrendered her even gave the shelter a birthday of 5/17/2013. There wasn’t any info given to us on why she was surrendered, but in the past I’ve seen dogs like this surrendered because an owner passes away and no family is able to take care of them, or they have medical needs that the family just can’t afford. Nyx is honestly in great shape other than a mammary mass which will need to be tended to. Otherwise she was a calm quiet girl with a pep in her step for her age.
