Packaging costs too much money. I own retail jewelry stores and we can barely get boxes. It’s sad. But hey be happy you actually received the dress at all 😅

If you have a Nordstrom near you arrange to pick up at the store instead of delivery. You can have them steam it for you when you go to get it. That’s what I ended up doing for my engagement photos dress!
