@foreverlandfarm: I have some great news! Gunner came home today after having not one but two feet undergo surgery to cut out his canker infection. We have a ton of aftercare to do for him but we are more than happy to do it. He deserves it. This should have never happened to him. His infection was so bad and has gone on so long his bone was being eaten away. I am incredibly grateful we were able to do this for him when we did because if he has no bone left, there’s nothing we could have done. The cruelty case is still ongoing and we don’t have any answers yet but regardless I am glad this was done for him. I cannot fathom anyone would let all of the poor horses go back to such an awful place 🙏🏻😭 Thank you all for rooting for him!
