Ok um, yes these can be affective ways but this can also be incredibly dangerous. I used to feed my ex just enough so he wouldn’t go further. If I didn’t he’d start getting violent. Pls y’all stay safe & get tf away as soon as you can 💔

It doesn't work. Only thing close is grey rocking but ask for a few minutes. If you can get them to stop poking for a response for long enough like five ten minutes they sometimes snap out of it

before trying this in a relationship, be sure the other person isn't the physical type...they almost "need" you to be the reactive one, when you aren't, they may take on that role

The abusive situation I was in, this did not help matters at all. It actually made the physical abuse worse. He would hit me until I would answer in detail his questions.

I get accused monthly of cheating. Or he says to me, I’m acting out of character. He accused me last week of being somewhere that he knew I wasn’t and then he said to me the following day that he was lying I guess just to upset me, or to get a reaction out of me.
