A good quality whey isolate protein powder and a glass of full cream milk would be even better. I guess muscle nation have made it convenient that comes with a cost.

I have a Rokeby with breakfast every day & love them. I also have a high protein breakfast (scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes or chicken breakfast sausages, veal meat balls with a chicken patty) I am so full for hours & my dietitian is very happy.

I love the Dare Double Expresso High Protein because it doesn't have an odd after taste like muscle nation and others high protein drinks. Per 250ml: 15g protein, 500mg calcium, 12.8g carb and 148 cal. 👌
