Hey there! Thanks for working so hard and love seeing your TikTok. We were part of the Kaisen gang for the first time yesterday. I do have a suggestion and hope you hear me out. The pick up window was 30 mins, from 6 to 6:30. However, our order was ready by 6:06. Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic and couldn’t pick it up until 6:30 or so. On top of that, the drive home was quite long. The to go bag is nice, but there was no ice pack provided, which I think affected the freshness of our order. As a result, the quality might have deteriorated by the time we reached home.
