I used to work as a NHS 999 call handler and dispatcher and could only do 3 months. it mentally broke me and I couldn't keep going on. it doesn't misrepresent the ambulance service at all in my opinion, it shows the entire thing as it is and honestly I'd love for them to do more programmes if possible with the ambulance service I worked for (not SECAMB)

I’m not surprised channel 4 got the complaints. 9 weeks is not enough time to get a full understanding of how we operate! I can understand that working there for 6 months to a year would be a big commitment for a programme but it would definitely be a more rounded experience! Giving a more accurate representation of the service! It also doesn’t show the sheer amount of abuse we endure from the public all day long.

If hollyoaks later is on there next week, people generally need to get a grip, was it being on past 9pm & a one off special so they will push there luck not obvious enough on why it was it was extreme. i mean apart from the dodger scene what was only a minute long, the rest of the episode wasn’t even that bad.
