PINK GELATIN MARSHMALLOWS 💞 Gut loving marshmallows for the whole fam Ingredients: -2 cups of filtered water (divided) - 6 tablespoons of gelatin I used 4 tablespoons of natural gelatin and 2 tablespoons of mixed berry gelatin all from @Nutra Organics - 1/3 cup maple syrup (could also use honey) - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (2 if you’re sexy IYKYK @Lilyloutay ) - pinch of Celtic sea salt Method: - Pour 1 cup of water into a large mixing bowl and the other cup into a saucepan - In the mixing bowl sprinkle the gelatin over the water evenly, set aside to bloom - in the saucepan add to the water the maple syrup, vanilla and Celtic salt, stir to combine and pop on the stove - leave to boil then reduce to simmer for a couple minutes - once simmered grab your hand mixer or stand mixer if you’re fancy. I also am not sure about a thermo mix but give it a whirl and let me know! - pour a little bit of the sauce pan mixture at a time into the mixing bowl and beating as you go. Pour and mix at the same time - once it’s all combined you’ll need to slave away with your beater I’m talking a solid 10-15 mins until its all fluffy and silky. - pour batter into a lined baking dish and refrigerate minimum 1hr. - cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge. They will melt if not! - soooo yum in coffee, hot cacao or just as a little sweet treat! Voila enjoy! Let me know if you make it 💘💘 . . . . . #gelatinmarshmallow #homemademarshmallows #marshmallowrecipe #kidssnacks #toddlersnacks
