What do you mean by ballpark food in Toronto? It's a Canadian staple. You can find that stuff everywhere in Canada. Quebec does it the best though cuz well they invented it.

I’m Canadian and am horrified on how he wants a poutine to be made 😳. You take fresh out of fryer fries. Put cheese curds on fries then u pour boiling hot gravy onto the curds and fries. The boiling hot gravy does the curd melting. Not an oven 😂. An oven would dry out the fries and make them nasty.
