Aberg was walking home after her shift at McDonald's when she was attacked and s*xually assaulted in a pedestrian tunnel by Mohamed. "R*pe, in many cases, is considered an exceptionally serious crime that could justify the deportation of a refugee," the court reportedly said in its ruling. "However, each case must be evaluated individually.
