Never trust the police, a lawyer, nor a judge. They’re all corrupt to the core.

Q: What would be the situation if another person, not living at and have no connection with the property, eg: friend/neighbour, owner not @home?

Can I withdraw my consent of them being in my property after they have been invited in? Say for example they asked a few questions that made it sound like things were going in a different direction to what I thought?.

If the phone was on contract and they seized it for investigation. Could I cancel the contract without it causing a problem ?

They can’t seize any phone, without a section 49 notice.

Can you provide an example of when the police would decide to seize your phone but not arrest you first?

Years ago a total stranger was on the run from the police he ran through our front door and out our back. Police then ran in and we informed him we didn’t know the guy and he left through the back and they searched our house for him is that legal?

The police keep turning up at my house asking to speak with me. I am usually out of the country. This is causing my family at home a nuicanse. I have called 101 and they say they can't tell me what it's about or anything, must be face to face to ask one question. What should I do?

If you haven't done anything wrong and have nothing to hide you'll let them in and nothing will happen.

I heard this nugget of information many years ago. Whenever the police have come to the door for whenever reason I have never let them in.

You can rescind your invitation any time. Once you ask them to leave they become trespassers again and can’t seize under s19.
