Stop laying 😂. What oil??? The production level is so small for internal consumption and the remaining part is sell geting the money to the corrupt narco government officials pockets. They have production infrastructure destroyed useless. Needs billions to increase production and decades of time to achieve it (long long term). So there is no immediate benefit in the short term and for sure it is not going to be free 😂😂😂😎
