what I eat in a day is back :) * morning : hydration, I add lemon when I have some, I like to eat fruit, sometimes I eat it for breakfast. * breakfast - bagels and eggs Toasted bagels with philadelphia On top, mix avocado and tomato, salt and pepper. 2 eggs Always with my cappuccino  * lunch - dumpling soup and toast I try to have it prepared in advance, it saves time. The evening before, I made dumpling soup. The advantage of soup is that it's ready in no time!  2 slices of toast and off you go.  * snack - yoghurt I've been making a mix of yoghurt and fruit for years. Here I've mixed it with apple pieces, and a little agave syrup to spice it up.  dinner - fried chicken and salad It's the first time I've used my air fryer, and it's great for avoiding bad fats. I could have spiced up the breadcrumbs a bit more, but my sister agreed. you need (for 2) - 350g chicken  - 3 eggs - 1 cup breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons flour - 2 tablespoons milk  - paprika, cumin, salt, pepper - salad - bell bell pepper - mango - green onion  - olive oil - vinegar (I like a sweet vinegar) Cut chicken into pieces and/or remove skin from pine nuts.  Break and mix the 3 eggs, add the spinach and milk. Mix well. Stir the chicken into the egg mixture, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes if you're patient. Later, place flour and breadcrumbs in separate dishes. Take turns dipping the marinated chicken in them 2 times.  Place them in the air fryer (this also works in a pan in oil, lol). For the salad, blend with the olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.  * I didn't film it, but I love a tea/tisane before bedtime, as you know. Bon appétit
