Let the dough rise for 1 hour. 6 Knead Dough: Remove dough from the bowl and knead in 1/2 cup flour, about 10 times, until smooth. 7 Shape and Second Rise: Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Place each portion in a well-greased round cake pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. 8 Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. 9 Cool and Serve: Remove from pans and let cool slightly before serving. Yield: 3 round loaves
