@crazykoreancooking: Replying to @J See how I made this in previous video. I made two versions. First is the traditional version of Lasagne alla Bolognese which focuses more on the deep rich meat sauce rather than tomato sauce or cheese. This is different from ones from other regions in Italy. The only regret is I should have let it rest a little less so it’s a little more gooey. Second version is more non-traditional… I added some mozzarella because mom and dad just love mozzarella.
