Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) Pranayama is an energising and dynamic abdominal breathing practice involving a series of synchronised, active inhalations and exhalations. Sit comfortably in a crossed legged or kneeling position, making sure your spine is straight.  Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your abdomen to expand when you inhale, and empty as you exhale.  When you are feeling centred, follow the next steps: 1. Bring both of your hands into fists. Raise the hands straight up, open the fists and breathe in deeply through the nose whilst expanding your belly outwards.  2. Then, without straining, exhale with force through the nose and bring the arms down next to the shoulders closing the fists and squeezing your belly in towards your spine.  After each exhalation, quickly take a deep breath in through the nose with the same level of force.  Repeat steps 1 and 2 for 20 cycles of breath.  20 repetitions is one round, take a few minutes of relaxation between each round. I usually do 3 rounds.
