What does “pre-order” mean? You’ll be able to order our limited edition XXL Advent Calendars, Christmas Crackers, and/or Holiday Gift Boxes (all part of our Christmas launch) starting Sunday, October 26th at 12PM ET. These items won’t ship right away. They’ll be made and sent out a little later once they’re ready. 2. Why do a pre-order? Since every Advent Calendar and Gift Box includes handmade products, our small team needs extra time to carefully assemble and package each one. This pre-order helps us know how many to create, so we can plan production and shipping properly. We’ll only be offering a limited quantity for this pre-sale. 3. When do pre-orders ship? Pre-orders are estimated to ship by Wednesday, November 5th! 4. Will my pre-order ship with non pre-order items? Not this time.
