I just went today, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. Aside from the long queue, the food refills were extremely slow. The Angus beef steak wasn’t as nice as the chicken steak and there was no sauce given for the beef at all. Some of the items shown in the video, like sushi and salmon, weren’t even available. The utensils and plates didn’t feel clean and the tongs were messy and placed everywhere. Food refills were done one item at a time and we had to rush to the counter the moment new food came out otherwise, it will be gone in under 2 minutes. It felt like everyone was fighting for food. Luckily, I was seated near the food counter. If not, I probably wouldn’t have gotten much to eat. Totally not worth the cost. Please don’t go. Trust me! ☹

i just went today. extremely disappointing experience. all i can say is go at your own risk.nothing like what they show you in this ad. service is terrible, plates and cutlery are filthy.. you are practically fighting for food because they take so long to replenish.. and yes unlimited steaks but 1 steak takes 30mins or more to be served .. so really how many can you truly order in 90mins?

Worst steak I ever had! Doesn’t taste like beefsteak at all, rather weird! But the chicken is nice and the sides are surprisingly good. Top up very fast! Whole place very warm and smoky! Don’t think will go back again

Please don’t go 😭 I went and it was honestly so disappointing… most of the food trays were empty half the time, refills took forever, and even the “free flow” drinks and desserts weren’t working properly. Really not worth the hype 🥲the clam soup? was chicken(i didnt even see clams???) ok bye.
