She took accountability and he was laughing until after it happened. Yes it was wrong but how would she know it’s something he’s uncomfortable with if he didn’t say anything. She apologized when he expressed his discomfort. She didn’t force herself on him she was holding him. Which is still wrong but She didn’t touch him inappropriately like the other girl. She typically surrounds yourself with people with a lot of energy and would be down for that situation. That’s why she didn’t understand it was wrong until after. She apologized more than once for her actions. If a man held me and had someone twink on me if I was uncomfortable I’d say something in the moment. Yes what she did was wrong holding him there and she knows that and she wants to apologize to him. And it’s ok that he doesn’t want to hear her apology. But I definitely don’t think criminal charges should be pressed.
