A year is CRAZZZZY. I make almost double my husband but we still need his income, when he lost his job he stayed home applying for every job possible in his field for a month or so and in exchange did all the house chores. We agreed if after a month he didn't find anything, he'd go at least part time at a gas station or fast food just so we had the income coming in while he stayed applying to other places. She needs a reality check in this economy
