I created plans and routines Having a meal plan and eating schedule helped me reduce unnecessary eating, forced me to learn portion control and held me accountable to follow through with my meals 2. I ate for nutrition over low calorie Whole foods that are high in protein, rich in fiber and are healthy fats will trick your body into thinking you're full and feel more satiated. Your body will automatically have less cravings over time 3. I vowed to never look back I hated my body for years. I hated having my pictures taken or trying on new clothes because I knew my rolls would pop out. I remember that pain, those insecurities and vowed to never wake up feeling that way again. I want to wear whatever the hell I want with full confidence. These are skills that took me YEARS to learn but I can teach it to you in a matter of months to help you lose fat much faster than I ever have.
