@k8lynanderson: LOADED ROASTED CAULIFLOWER🥓🧀 This side dish is a great low carb option for Thanksgiving! INGREDIENTS: -Olive oil spray -6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled -2 heads of cauliflower cut into small florets -1 tsp garlic powder -1/4 tsp black pepper -1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -4 chopped green onions -Yogurt ranch dressing DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook and crumble turkey bacon. 2. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 3. Add cauliflower florets to a large bowl and spray with olive oil. Add garlic powder and black pepper. Toss to combine. 4. Spread cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and bake in oven for 18-22 mins flipping halfway through. The cauliflower should be tender and golden brown when ready. 5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the cauliflower, and bake an additional 2-3 mins to melt. 6. Remove from oven, and top the cauliflower with the crumbled bacon and green onions, and drizzle on the ranch dressing.
