LAMINGTON CAKE RECIPE 🍰 You will need: 1x 8 inch vanilla cake Vanilla buttercream 1C of raspberry coulis or jam 2 C long thread coconut Chocolate shavings to garnish, optional Vanilla cake: have posted this recipe, this is a smaller recipe to make one 8 inch cake. 125g softened unsalted butter 240g icing sugar 2 medium eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence 225g plain flour 15g baking powder 200ml milk Find previous video for the method and I show you how to make it. Chocolate ganache: 250g dark choc chips 200ml cream Microwave choc and cream together for 2 minutes. Whisk to combine and pour through a sieve and whisk again. Put it aside at room temp to set.
