@wgfitness: 6 weeks post show keeping it super tidy. 1000 ways to skin a cat I’ve done pretty much all post show usually pushing bodyweight up right away which has been preference for myself knowing how much muscle I wanted to gain post show previously. 100% think it was the best thing to do after previous showings. 🫡 This time round keeping things pretty tight just for the enjoyment factor now where I am that much higher. 13 pounds above lightest weight in prep and still keeping pretty lean throughout this “health” phase or whatever you want to call it. 🤷🏻♂️ In this phase it shows who actually loves this game and who doesn’t. If you’re motivation dips and you’re set you can’t gain muscle in this phase I think personally you need to give your head a wobble. 🫡 Sky high supplements or not if you’re in a surplus and you’re training hard you’re going to gain tissue simple as that. 💪🏻 Just a game of chipping away and keeping the understanding that all rewards will happen it will just take time. If you’re truly in love with this game you’ll love every phase.
