am just sitting here smiling so big! My Peri did the exact same thing. Just flopped over and refused to move😂❤️😂❤️😂❤. Just keep trying and don't give up! today she does not mind and knows she can go outside when she sees it💞💞💞

dogs don't like it , but have tried that on my cat's and they don't move but I was blessed I have fights me with the harness and then once I get on her she wants to and it even works outside.but that is only 1!!!!!
