Number one I think this is wrong.People in the world are need their food snaps. Howard is daylight.It , if their family was on food stamps , they wouldn't like it at all that's not nice , I hope they could come to an agreement and work this whole out of having a shutdown , they should reopen it , so people can get what they want their food and they're stopped benefits , it's wrongful , what they're doing
