I work in HR the background checks are not always reliable which is why you invite them to get a sense of them , and people are very good on putting on a face to act professional just to get hired

There is a huge sub shortage. They are literally looking for a warm body to sit in the room and supervise the kids. If they pass a background pass they get hired.

Kelly temp services is the one she got the job through. It was her on her badge “Kelly education”. They have a reputation (at least the local ones- this is local to me) of not doing the background checks and/or drug screens.

I’m a substitute teacher as well. For my hiring process i had to fill out an application with 3 references including reference letters, background check, and my fingerprints. & i got online training and in person training

All it would’ve took is about five minutes of searching her social media to know everything they needed to know about her. They don’t care. This is the liberal agenda. They like this kind of stuff. She just happened to take it too far and they had no choice.

The requirements are low. When I was trying to get into school system full time I worked for Kelly and then became a building up until a full time position opened. Many of those people in the sub pool did NOT belong there 😬

In our district, you fill out the application, complete the sub certificate, and you are hired as long as the background check comes back OK.
