Thank you for sharing your journey! Would you mind me asking where the cells are derived from? And how to access them? I did a similar treatment for my daughter using her own cells from cord tissue and placenta but the amount of cells was only enough for one round of treatment.

The sweet smelling breath was something that I used to get with pancreatitis, kind of like sweet acetone. It would mean that ketones were building up in the blood and not enough insulin was being produced.

Curious if the doctors noticed the smell of her breath as well or if it was mentioned. If I smell a kid’s breath like that, my first thought would be ketones/DKA. I’m sure the docotors are very thorough, though. What are some common symtoms she can have? What were some that she had the first time? Hopefully she stays in good spirits for the flight home! oxox

I wish they would let women decide what to do with the stem cells from their cord and such. They’re fine with cell placenta from women. But I would have loved to donate mine to something like this. It’s never even mentioned
