Turmeric is not absorbed intact; only 2–6% curcumin is present, and most of that is metabolized before circulating. The gut lumen dilutes everything massively..by saliva, stomach acid, bile, and intestinal fluid. No one’s bloodstream ever sees a turmeric concentration remotely close to that slurry. The concentration in the video is basically chemical warfare conditions, not therapeutic physiology.

So if turmeric upsets my tummy could it be its natural effect on the unknown in me or can people have negative reactions to it? Tried these delish teas thinking of its gentleness and was feeling horrible after. Always avoid it when possible so never figured it out lol. If it’s doing good I’ll tough through it for a few hours lol
