Working in catering it’s funny how often it’s a 50/50 sometimes I pull a tray from under the grill no issues same try next day burn but nothing beats in the rush grabbing a tray straight out of the oven and being so determined to not loose the food that you get it to a bench before swinging your hand around like it’s on fire

aaaaaaahahahaha 😂 I've done this with smalt pot of onions in gravy, but they were a shelf higher. as the pot hit the floor, the onions SHOT UP and went absolutely everywhere. I swear to god I was finding onions every night when cleaning for the next 6 months. I'm pretty sure that now, 10 years later, there's a sneaky one still hiding somewhere!!!
