Wakenya, mabaki as we call it is actually poisonous, cauaes tumors and it damages your liver. Nduma is a filter plant hence very harmful, studies are being done and thwy have noted places with high consumption ofnduma also has the highest ratea of cancers. Sweet potato is a very good one, keeps you young too
