Aside from the obvious downside of these, please prepare yourself for how they make you feel! I was super moody and tired on them and overall just felt not the best. Get a pack of panty liners and a sweet treat 💖

I got suppository applicators from amazon and they have helped me so much with the estrace pills that I’m using as suppositories! Just like a tampon and super easy. Definitely get them!
