Why do some ppl think everything is a conspiracy theory. You can literally go to the dealer and test drive the car and test the range out. I wouldn’t buy a car if the fob didn’t lock the car from 10 feet away

my 2013 Chevy let me do all that. my 2019 Accord, the app shows my mileage and fuel level, that's it lol

I think push to start is the reason. If your fob had a long range it would be easy for someone to start your car. Most of the new fobs automatically unlock the doors when approaching and lock when leaving.
