it's amazing how hesitant we are to restrict property rights of large corporations that regularly harm all of us while the average homeowner has a ton of restrictions, from HOAs that can literally make you lose your home, limits on chickens, parameters on how tall your grass can be, if you can grow your own food and how it must look, what renovations you can make, etc.

So they bought investment land, and are wanting to build something that is appropriately zoned and you want to stop them?.. If there is a electrical grid issue, limit the juice snf let that be their problem to solve.

Electricity is already too expensive in MD, not even mentioning the electrical grid. Not saying there should be data centers at all, but in VA it's much cheaper, hence why they have so many.
