Also how any minutes are you pumping for?

Latch your baby , pumping isn’t an accurate indicator of how much milk you are making. Do weighted feeds . Our bodies respond way better to the baby than to a pump.

You need to take time to power pump. 10 minutes on 10 off for an hour each day in addition to the scheduled pumping.

Thanks so much for sharing!! It’s exhausting being an under or just enougher and constantly feeling like I wasn’t pumping enough or eating enough. Good job!

Also an under supplier who tried all the tips and tricks everyone is saying and still got between 1-3 oz pumping, they may not work for you, if what you’re doing now is working for you guys, don’t stress it and just keep on the path how you see is best. You’re doing great!

How often are you pumping? To increase supply you need to be pumping every 2-3 hours

If you want more output stop using your euffy as your main pump. You need to pump every 2-3 hour with your medela.

when it’s more watery it can just be the foremilk! sometimes you may need to pump longer to get that hindmilk! ♥

Do you not pump overnight? Latching and nursing was more effective for us. My baby could nurse more than I could pump out
