I have a 7 year old with perfect teeth and a 3 year old who unfortunately needs work done. I’ve been SICK with anxiety about it. We’ve always held our babies down to get the job done, only water until a certain age, I pay $20+ for their toothpaste with shipping… and it still happened. Blame me if you want, I’ll always take the responsibility, but for the mamas who’ve done everything and still ended up here- don’t beat yourself up over this post. ❤️🩹

I literally sit on my 2 year old a brush his teeth 😂😂 or else I can’t get it done and it gives me anxiety. He hates it but it doesn’t hurt of course lol

I made it as fun as I could with mine, I had a little song I'd sing to them & they didn't mind so much. now that my son is 17, I have to nag him. I'd still brush for him if he'd let me 😂 but he won't 🤭😔🦷

3 and 7 they brush their teeth then I go after them.. same for floss and the 7 YO gets mouthwash as well. But my 3 year old did stil have cavities of teeth having to be removed when he was 2!

I just started the process today getting my 20+ year old cavity fillings replaced. My dentist said, “how did you get all of these, you have beautiful teeth” and I wondered if I trauma dump or not 😭 needless to say my babies love brushing their teeth 🥲

My sons in school he gets a bath every night teeth brushed ears cleaned my daughter still stays home with me so it’s more like every other night cause we just be chillin at home half the time🤣💙 but obviously we brush our teeth twice a day with her as well and i brush and do her hair everyday might not do anything crazy some days just a bun or something but we brush it and do something with it everyday. Idk it’s bare minimum really🤣 like how can you not do that.
