Be careful if you’re not used to fiber - but it’s so delicious and nutrient dense I know you’ll love it :) Recipe: 1 small yellow onion 4 cloves minced garlic 5 carrots chopped 1.5 cup @Bob’s Red Mill 13 bean soup mix 2-3 cartons of broth (I used chicken, depends if you want more soup or chili consistency) 1 chopped zucchini 1-2 cup chopped spinach 2 large handfuls of kale Chopped up rotisserie chicken Season with salt, pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning and 1 bay leaf Directions: Sautee onion, garlic and carrots until soft Add broth and beans and seasonings Bring to simmer and cover, let cook for 60-90 mins Once cooked, add zucchini, spinach, kale and chicken for about 10-12 mins #healthyrecipes #highfiber #highproteinmeals #highproteinrecipes #weightloss
