Another creator on here, I’m not sure who, suggested handing out things like Ramen noodles and mac & cheese, as well as candy at the trunk or treats. Even if you’re not participating in a trunk or treat, you can donate non-perishables to an organization that is.

We, as a family, have decided we are not buying Christmas gifts for each other. We have enough “stuff” and corporations should be in time out. We will be giving the money we would have spent on gifts and spending it on food for our neighbors/food bank. UNITED we stand. DIVIDED we fall.
