Hire a mold specialist and a foundation inspector. Things not commonly covered in standard inspections. Get copies of the warranties for big appliances like furnace, boiler, HVAC. If they haven’t been replaced in past 5 years, ask for money to put towards those at closing

Don’t lose hope and keep praying about your house that you want! The Lord will provide it! My husband and I bought our house after a deal fell through! We were wanting our house and we were negotiating but the other person was going to pay full price(don’t do that, try to negotiate if you can since you never know when things will pop up that you will have to pay for) but the sellers went with the other person but the deal fell through and we were able to get the house at the price we originally offered! While also having the previous owner get a couple things fixed from the information after our inspection. The Lord will provide! You just need to believe in Him and keep praying!!
