it's not that she expects the $1,800 free video it's the fact that she expects her to give up $1,800 for a paid client and still do hers for free last I checked that was $3,200!!!!

you do not expect someone you know to do something for free. if they choose to give you a friends and family discounts that's their choice but they dont have to! they've got a business to run. I've been lucky to have work done to my home at just the cost of materials and if they required extra help we paid the cost of the extra labourers day. but that was on the family members choice. we fully expected to pay market rate (glad we didn't saved ourselves probably about 40k so far thanks to them)
