I remember booking an excursion for a cruise and looking up weight limits for EVERYTHING. I was so scared. Now 100 lbs down I have a cruise in February and didn’t realize I didn’t look up the weight limit till I saw this 🥺

Yes thank you!! My husband is only 160 lbs and he always seems so confused when I’m checking the weight limit when shopping for furniture or work out equipment. I hate that I even have to do that 😭

My Dad (350 lbs), Uncle (275 lbs) and Cousin (200 lbs) were one of the first people on a water park ride. No weight limit. They were all on the same raft and allllmost flew off the side. There are weight limits now 😬🤣

Horseback riding! Two years ago, my daughter really wanted to go while we were on a trip and I made up an excuse to not go, but it was because I looked at the website and I weighed too much and my BMI was too high. 94 pounds down, and I just took my girls this past weekend. When I was filling out our waiver, the man said to me, “oh I’m not worried about your weight, you’re fine”. I almost cried! My BMI is 24 point something now, but last year it was almost 39. I love your videos on this topic because there are so many things to celebrate that come with being in a thinner body.
