Is this before or after the update this week? I know they nerfed most of the smgs pretty heavily, but the slower firing ones (like your SL9) are still pretty good. If you haven't already, try some of the LMGs. They got quite a bit of love both standing and in bi-pod 👍

Honestly SMGs and Carbines should have the biggest bloom and damage fall off from range. Right now those two weapon types outclass the ARs and LMGs

DICE did say that they are doing a balance pass soon with the guns. I agree some of the SMGs are ridiculous right now. Haha.

The balancing on damage, rof, recoil, and damage is cooked in this game. No way 9mm is hitting for 25-30 damage while an ak does 20. Assault rifle is rendered obselete if you just decide to use m4a1 and max it out.
