Yk we use a dollar bill to sand it down, since they are super sensible

Ahh ye old flame sensor. I sand mine between seasons. On year 29 of this furnace. One sensor replacement. Thank you for the great description.

just curious, for customer having to pay service charge, wouldn't it be best to replace flame sensor to avoid a potential repeat trip out for same issue or do they not really go bad, just get dirty? love ur vids btw!
