Perform a stretch & fold 3 times, every 20 minutes (wet your hands, grab one edge of the dough, pull up, fold over, rotate the bowl, repeat).  5. After the folds, cover and let the dough rest until slightly puffy (about 1 hour). 2. Cook the Chicken  1. Season chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, chilli powder, paprika, and oregano.  2. Heat oil in a pan.  3. Cook on medium heat until fully cooked and slightly golden.  4. Set aside. 3. Assemble the Pizza  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).  2. Shape or stretch your dough into a pizza base.  3. Place it onto a greased or lined baking tray.  4. Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese on the base.  5. Add the cooked chicken.  6. Add mixed vegetables, sweet corn, and jalapeños.  7. Top with another layer of mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake  1.
