Sorry man, none of that stops your data from being stored. Your data not being used to train a model does not stop them from storing your data indefinitely. Even your temp conversation is stored longer than you’d think (30 days last I looked) and they can keep it indefinitely if they flag it for any reason

They already have everything in regular SMS, calls, everything you do with your mobile computer, TV, everything is stored and they can access it whenever they want. Not just ChatGPT

l stopped using GPT over 2yrs now after it started being snarky with me (meaning). Within a thread conversation I asked it to include an idea into what i was doing at the moment, expand/brake down terminologies and it basically asked me what i was speaking about? Within the same conversation it tells me what about the other projects I have been working on. I told it to focus on what i was requesting and not my other projects and provide meticulous feedback on what I required. ChatGpt kept repeating my question i asked it without proving the information I requested. I then asked it, if it was malfunctioning. From then I knew that the bot had developed a humanlike personality (something wasn't right). I ended that conversation by telling Chatgpt no wonder it has many competitors. I have never used it again. To date it does not respond to me. Combined with the fact that S.Altman seems to have an errie, mysterious character it just doesn't sit well with me.
