Hmm, for me it’s the opposite. My husband and I are very best friends married for 34 years. He is super calm and I am high strung from all my childhood trauma. He is my calming and safe space. He “talks me down out of the trees”, so to speak. I don’t know what I would do if he was like me.

Everything happens from childhood. We write a script and then we proceed to live it out with different people throughout our lives. This is difficult to change, even with therapy.
