@sophiegraceholmes: Let’s talk about what happened in Cape Town.. and more mentally than physically it’s going to take me a while to process and recover so i appreciate you baring with me I also want to say, this is an isolated random incident (and not 💯 confirmed if it was a seizure or I just blacked out so I’ve booked to see a neurologist in the uk) but likely due to stress and electrolyte imbalance so pls never underestimate stress as your body will stop you when you least expect it otherwise but has nothing to do with my cystic fibrosis or running/training I was actually feeling pretty good in those areas there’s just a lot more there been going on and won’t stop me running marathons in the future once I’ve rested and carefully got back into training. Just an unlucky event that’s allowed me to reflect, pause, recover, and pending the biggest and best comeback you’ll ever see from me.
