When I focus on the recitation and transalating it in my head in my language then I don't get distracted..But if I recite fast without translation is when I get distracted

i personally found reciting out loud and in a harmonical way, and not recite the same ayat everytime really helps u connect, and adding duas special duas ect also helps you connect with allah when u ask him for something in dua, you’re more aware ect 🙏🏻🙏🏻
