@gbnews: Chancellor Rachel Reeves has admitted breaking housing law — after renting out her family home without a licence. The Mail revealed her south London property was let out for £3,200 a month, without the required council permit. Ms Reeves says she was unaware of the rule and has now applied for a licence — calling it “an inadvertent mistake.” She’s referred herself to the Prime Minister’s ethics adviser and the parliamentary standards watchdog.
